PROGRESSIVE BASKETBALL  DESCRIPTION

Our Ascend Basketball Training Program is designed to help athletes at every stage develop, refine, and elevate their skills. Whether you're just starting out or looking to break through to an advanced level, our structured training approach will get you there.

🏆 Foundation Level (Beginner)

Perfect for athletes who want to build a strong basketball foundation and develop essential skills. Training focuses on:

✅ Ball Handling & Control – Develop confidence dribbling with both hands
✅ Shooting Fundamentals – Learn proper form, mechanics, and balance
✅ Footwork & Body Control – Improve coordination and movement efficiency
✅ Passing & Receiving – Enhance decision-making and accuracy
✅ Court Awareness – Learn basic spacing, movement, and positioning

📍 Who’s It For? New or developing players looking to improve their fundamentals.

🔥 Performance Level (Advanced)

For athletes who have mastered the basics and are looking to expand their skill set and play at a higher level. Training focuses on:

✅ Advanced Ball Handling – Navigate pressure and change direction efficiently
✅ Finishing at the Rim – Master one-foot and two-foot finishes in various situations
✅ Shooting Mechanics & Consistency – Increase range, accuracy, and shot versatility
✅ Offensive Footwork & Game Application – Learn how to create separation and make plays
✅ Situational Play & Decision Making – Improve reading defenders and reacting in real-time

JUMP SCHOOL - ATHLETICISM DEVELOPMENT 

The Jump School is designed for athletes who want to take their vertical leap, explosiveness, and overall athleticism to the next level. Whether you're a basketball or volleyball player looking to dunk, block shots, dominate the net, or increase first-step quickness, this program will help you develop the power and mechanics needed to jump higher and move faster.

Athletes in these high-intensity sessions are expected to be coachable, disciplined, and intentional with every movement. The program follows a science-backed approach that not only enhances vertical jump performance but also strengthens landing mechanics, injury resilience, and movement efficiency.

Jump School concepts will include, but are not limited to:

✅ Explosive Power Development – Plyometric & strength-based training to maximize vertical jump
✅ Jump Mechanics & Efficiency – Optimizing technique for maximum height & injury prevention
