FOCUS AREAS

ACCELERATION
Acceleration training develops the ability to apply large amounts of force into the ground in the correct direction.

ELASTIC POWER
By training the body to behave like a spring, elastic power improves stiffness, reactivity, and stretch-shortening efficiency.

EFFICIENT MECHANICS
Optimized posture, limb positioning, and timing reduce braking forces and improve force direction.

By the end of the program, athletes will see:
Faster Measurable Sprint Speed
Athletes improve top-end and short-distance sprint times, verified through VALD smart speed gate data.
More Powerful and Efficient Acceleration
Focused first-step and force-production training helps athletes reach speed quicker with less wasted effort.
Reduced Injury Risk Through Better Mechanics
Improved sprinting and movement mechanics lower stress on joints and soft tissue during high-speed actions.
Greater Elastic Power and Athleticism
Elastic strength development enhances reactivity, coordination, and overall athletic movement quality.
Performance Carryover Across Sports
Speed, mechanics, and power improvements translate directly to game situations regardless of sport.
Stronger Training Habits and Movement Awareness
Athletes learn how to move with intent and build habits that support long-term development beyond Speed School.

FAQ
We run two different groups, younger and older. Speed School is designed for youth athletes of all sports who want to become faster, more explosive, and more confident movers. Book a call with us so that we can determine which group will best fit you.
Who is Speed School for?
Speed School benefits athletes in any sport that requires speed, agility, and explosiveness — including, but not limited to: soccer, football, basketball, rugby, tennis, and track. The skills we train transfer to a variety of sports.
What sports is Speed School best for?
Speed School is a structured, coach-led program, not just running drills. Athletes are taught proper sprint mechanics, acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and force production using systems modeled after elite youth academies and professional training environments.
How is Speed School different from regular speed or agility training?
Classes are intentionally capped at 10–15 athletes to ensure high-quality coaching, feedback, and individual attention while still maintaining a competitive, team-based training environment.
How many athletes are in each class?
Yes. All training is age-appropriate, progression-based, and coached with a strong emphasis on proper movement mechanics and injury risk reduction. Athletes are taught how to move efficiently and safely before intensity increases.
Is Speed School safe for younger athletes?
Spots in Speed School are limited. The first step is booking a call with our coaching team so we can learn about your athlete, discuss goals, and make sure Speed School is the right fit.
